Method: G-M-V

The G-M-V (Governance–Measurement–Value Conversion) framework, developed in our Chief Advisor’s doctoral research, is the firm’s ESG implementation tool—converting ESG from disclosure compliance into an implementable management system.

  • G — Governed: board/executive oversight, policy, accountability and traceable records
  • M — Measured: metrics, data boundaries, emissions and performance that can be verified and used in decisions
  • V — Valued: convert ESG actions into value decision-makers recognise (risk, efficiency, financing, brand)

One capability set, multiple uses: regulatory reports × investor materials × lending/grant documentation—delivered to a governed, measured and client-recognised standard.

Engagement path

From preliminary assessment through delivery, every phase aligns to client decision points. Formal scope and fees are subject to written quote and contract.

  1. 01 Assess — regulatory status, data readiness, financing/listing timeline
  2. 02 Prioritise — ESG/climate/governance priorities
  3. 03 Scope — written scope; formal quote by engagement
  4. 04 Execute — board/management checkpoints; document and data workflows
  5. 05 Deliver — reports, training, financing narrative or post-listing coaching
